College Students - Store Director Trainee Pedagogy Assistance

The Store Managing director Trainee Education Help Program is designed to provide part-time employment for approved Orscheln Store Manager Trainees, who are full-fourth dimension students, past reimbursing education costs and by benefiting both the employee and the Company by offering full-time employment after completion of the employees' educational activity.

Eligibility

• Full-fourth dimension Junior or Senior pupil (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) at an accredited higher or university, enrolled in a Visitor approved degreed program.
• Office-time Orscheln Subcontract & Domicile employee in adept standing (minimum of 20 hours per calendar week).

General Guidelines

• Employee must commit for a minimum of one-yr total-fourth dimension employment with Orscheln Farm & Home after completion of degree.
• Education reimbursement begins at the completion of the first total semester as an Orscheln Farm & Habitation employee.
• Must have a minimum of a "C" form average for the semester.

Payment

• Payment of up to $ane,000.00 per semester, for a maximum of four (four) semesters.
• Must present proof of acceptable grades, verification of full-time enrollment and proof of education-related expenses.

Associate Caste Students

Employees who are employed during the duration of their concluding semester or longer, and upon completion of an approved Assembly Caste at an accredited higher or university, may be eligible for a onetime payment of $500.00. The above "General Guidelines" apply.
